French Staff Rewards & Benefits:

• Monthly Wage - Paid on a 4 weekly basis into you bank account. Your wage will vary depending on your position.
• Food & Accommodation - Our chalet style tents all are equipped with electric points and a fridge.
• Travel - We provide travel to and from your centre at the start and end of your contract. This will either be on a coach with a school group, with a Rockley transfer from a UK port or a flight.
• Day Off/ Evenings Off - You will be allocated one full day off each week as well as receiving some evenings off when you are not assigned to evening activities.
• Paid Holiday - Employees are entiled to holiday days as well as your day off each week. For every full week you work you will accrue holiday hours.

• Equipment Usage- We offer you free use of our equimpment when it is not being used by our clients. We actively encourage our staff to take out boats and kit to enhance your skills and progress in your choosen sport.
• Staff Uniform - A uniform is provided for you to wear whilst you are on duty. **
• Free RYA Training in the UK - We offer a FREE training course in the UK between October - April for returning staff.***

 Rockley UK Staff Rewards & Benefits:

• Food & Accommodation - Food and accommodation can be provided should you require it, at a cost.
• Day Off/ Evenings Off - You will be allocated one full day off each week as well as receiving some evenings off when you are not assigned to evening activities.
• Paid Holiday - Employees are entiled to holiday days as well as your day off each week. For every full week you work you will accrue holiday hours.

* Friends and Family of Rockley France employees will be able to access discounted tented accommodation and food at the site of the employee subject to availablity and at the discretion of the Overseas Manager. The cost for the tented accommodation and food is £75 per person per week. Those staying in our Rockley tented accommodation must comply at all times with the company and site rules. Rockley retains the right to withdraw tented accommodation & food at any time without notice or reason.

                           - Please contact your Centre Manager to discuss and book accommodation & food for your friend or family member.

** Staff Uniform will be provided to all staff subject to availability. If, for whatever reason Rockley is unable to provide a staff uniform, there will be no cash alternative.

*** All returning French Staff (with original contracts over 6 weeks in length) will be able to access 1 free RYA course per annum at Rockly Point, in the UK, between the months of October and April. Should you require food and accommodation, whilst on a course, this will be charged at £36 per day. RYA certificates will only be issued when you start your next season with us. All training that is provided is subject to availability and will be offered at the company's discretion. If you decide after accessing your training course at Rockley not to return for the following season, for a minimum 6 weeks in length, you will be charged the full course amount as advertised within our brochure.
