Who We Want

When working at Rockley Watersports you will be living, working and socialising with like-minded people from a variety of backgrounds. All that we ask from you is that you are hard-working, friendly, highly motivated, loyal and committed individuals or couples willing to work in a varied and challenging environment.

A season with us will not only be fun, challenging and rewarding, but will also add a wealth of experience and valued skills to your CV. Our season at Rockley Watersports runs from March through to October. Throughout this period we offer flexible employment opportunities and the possibility of full time employment for the right candidates at the end of the season. During high season we employ up to 150 seasonal members of staff.

Our Customers
All of our 4* French centres: La Reserve, Mayotte, AzuRivage, La Rive cater for school multiactivity groups during the season, while throughout the peak summer season, AzuRivage and La Reserve also cater for families and structured RYA courses. At Rockley Point in Poole we offer RYA courses and multi-activity trips to groups of all ages, and individuals. We have both residential and non-residential courses for complete beginners up to advanced and Instructor levels in sailing, windsurfi ng and powerboating and we have a range of equipment to cater for all these courses.
