Centre Manger - France

An experienced manager is required to oversee the running of the residential watersports centre. Ideally the right candidate will have senior watersports qualifications and at least 1 year’s experience running a watersports activity centre. Depending on the centre you will be responsible for a team of 25-55 staff which will include watersports instructors, centre support staff and a catering team.

Chief Instructor - France

This position involves supporting the Centre Manager in the delivery of the product and covering the running of the Centre during the Manager’s day off. You will need to have your RYA Senior Instructor qualification as a minimum and ideally be an RYA Windsurfing Instructor, RYA Powerboat Instructor and have experience in kayaking. Courses can be provided pre-season for the right candidate at no cost. You will be required to oversee the standards of the activities provided on the water, run courses / multi-activity sessions and report to the Centre Manager.

Administration Assistant - France

As the Administration Assistant you will need to support the Centre Manager in the completion of the administration required to run the centre effectively. You will need to have some knowledge of watersports and ideally have a watersports instructor qualification. This position would suit those who have a passion for watersports and would like to spend their summer working in a fun and varied environment.

Centre Seniors - France & UK

A Senior Watersports Instructor is required to organise and oversee the running of different activities and to assist with the running of various administrative aspects of the centre. Centre Seniors are responsible to the Centre Manager, Land Manager and Chief Instructor and must assist them where necessary. Successful candidates will be conscientious, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must show initiative.

Activity Instructors are responsible for the running of the everyday activities of the centre for both adults and children. As well as providing instruction on the water and land, you will be involved with organising and running evening entertainment and excursions for clients. To work at one of our French centres, you must be 18 or over.

Chefs - France & UK

You will be responsible for the management of the kitchen, production and ordering of food and accounting at the centre. As a senior member of staff you will be responsible to the Centre Manager. Candidates should have a background in catering and the experience to create and prepare set menus to suit both children and discerning adults. In busy weeks, expect to cater for up to 160 clients. Being able to speak French is an advantage but not required.

Assistant Chef - France

You will be required to aid the chef in the production of all meals at the centre and cover for the chef on their days off. You ideally will have experience or training in the production of food and have worked in a busy kitchen. Those who have experience as a chef within a chalet during a winter season would suit this position.

Kitchen Assistants - France

You will be working closely with the Chef, preparing and serving the food. Previous work experience preferred but not essential. This position would suit those with experience in chalet or hotel work and for those wanting to work in a fun, professional environment.

Care Assistants – UK

Care Assistants are responsible for our residential youngsters when they are not on the water. This means assisting with welcoming clients, wake up, breakfast, lunch, supper and bedtime. The role also includes supervision on evening excursions and full involvement with evening activities and the cleaning of the residential building. You should be a responsible, fun, organised person preferably with child care experience - but this is not essential. This position would suit those who would like to gain experience in watersports but have no formal qualifications.

Couriers – France

Couriers are responsible for a number of duties around the centres. These duties will include, but are not limited to, entertaining children and helping qualified instructors on sessions to helping in the kitchen and maintenance and cleaning of the centre and centre equipment. Two courier positions with child care responsibilities as Zebra Leaders are also available. During family weeks we offer an activity club for our youngest clients (3-6 years old).
