Centre Manger - France

An experienced manager is required to oversee the running of the residential watersports centre. Ideally the right candidate will have senior watersports qualifications and at least 1 year’s experience running a watersports activity centre. Depending on the centre you will be responsible for a team of 25-55 staff which will include watersports instructors, centre support staff and a catering team. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: overseeing delivery of the product; staff rotas; staff training; customer liaison; welcome talks; accounts; standards; ordering; problem solving and site liaison. To aid you in the running of the centre you will be involved in a training period with the Overseas Manager at the start of your employment. You need to be computer literate. The ability to speak French would be an advantage. You will need to have a full driving licence.
