Planning your Holiday

Booking your holiday couldn't be easier. Just follow these step by step instructions:

How to Book:

1)  Decide on your holiday duration and / or course dates. Our family activity holidays are available throughout August to coincide with the school summer holiday.  Click here for details of our La Reserve centre.

Select your choice of course/s and enter the appropriate course code on the booking form. Click here for details of courses.

2)  Telephone our booking office on 01202 677272 to check availability and we will be happy to assist in any way possible.

3)  A provisional booking can be made over the phone and will be held for a maximum of 24 hours while you make travel arrangements. For contact details of ferry companies, click here.

4)  Payment: You may make a confirmed reservation by paying a deposit with your credit* / debit card over the phone (or the full amount if the selected course or holiday is withing 56 days of booking) Alternatively send a completed booking form to our office in Poole with the appropriate deposit (and insurance if required) or full payment depending on when your holiday / course/s commence.

If you are paying by a credit* or debit card and wish the final balance to be automatically debited from your card when it is due, please indicate this by signing and marking the appropriate part of the booking form. Final payment is required withing 56 days prior to your course. No final reminder will be sent.

* PLEASE NOTE: Payments by credit card will incur a fee of 2%; payments by debit card or cheque are exempt from any payment charges.

5)  Your booking form must be completed fully and signed. Written confirmation will be sent to you on receipt of your booking form. Please check the details carefully.

6)   Any amendments or charges must be made initially by telephone to our office and then put in writing. Amendment charges are £20 per amendment per person.
