The Royal Yachting Association (RYA)  is the national governing body for sailing, windsurfing, powerboating and yacht sailing.  All our courses are RYA recognised and are taught by fully qualified RYA Instructors.

Launching and recovery, preparation of boat and crew, theory and background, land and water sessions.

RYA Powerboat LEVEL 2

Boat handling skills, manoeuvres at speed, theory and background, land and water sessions.

RYA Powerboat INTERMEDIATE

Improved boat handling, pilotage and day cruising, navigation, understanding various craft, land and water sessions.

RYA Powerboat ADVANCED

Advanced boat handling, navigation by night and day, driving in varied conditions, role of the skipper, land and water sessions.

RYA SAFETY BOAT

Advanced boat handling, rescue skills for various craft, race management duties, land and water sessions.
