More and more companies are trying to find ways to encourage both personal and team development for their staff in a fun and productive way. At Rockley Watersports, we believe that our range of water-based activities will provide the basis for both an enjoyable and challenging day.

We provide tailor-made days to incorporate any of our sailing, powerboating and windsurfing activities to create the perfect day for your group or organisation. Staff will be motivated, new skills will be learnt and relationships will be strengthened. Alternatively if it is a hospitality day that you are after we can offer sailing regattas and exciting powerboat rides which will leave your party exhilerated and enthused.

Our Base
Rockley Point Sailing Centre is based in Europe's largest natural harbour, in some of the UK's safest and most idyllic sailing waters. Nestled in the north west corner of Poole Harbour, we believe our sailing area is second to none, with tens of square miles of quiet, sheltered water in one of the UK's most beautiful locations.

Close to the bustling port of Poole with its many bars,cafes and restaurants, Rockley Point is also the gateway to pictoresque and historic Dorset. The Town Quay, with its chandleries, Poole Pottery, restaurants and traditional pubs is well worth a visit after the sailing day is over.

We can cater from 6 guests up to 60 guests and will create a day to suit the varying abilities and numbers within your group.
